1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on tk10, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine online gaming regulations.
• You are physically located in the Philippines and are accessing tk10 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted for your use.
• You are registering voluntarily and using your own true identity, not acting on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had a tk10 account suspended, terminated, or permanently closed for a breach of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of a tk10 employee where a conflict of interest may apply.

Each player may hold only one account on tk10. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If duplicate accounts are detected, tk10 reserves the right to close all related accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

KYC Identity Verification

All accounts are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawals can be processed and before promotion bonuses are activated. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include the PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, and UMID. tk10 may request additional supporting documents at any stage if required for verification purposes.

2 Deposits and Withdrawals

General Bonus Conditions

Sports Betting

Sports betting on tk10 covers events including PBA basketball, international football, boxing, NBA, esports, and other markets available in the Betting section. The following conditions apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk10 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet is placed except in cases of clear technical error on the platform's side.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Balances held in bonus wallets that have not met wagering requirements are non-withdrawable and will be voided upon closure.
